Polyurethane is an emerging organic polymer material, known as the "fifth plastic" because of its superior performance and is widely used in many fields of the national economy. The PU categories are as follows:

1、 PU high rebound - sponge - under pressure will produce different support in different deformation of the rebound force, therefore, the sofa made by high rebound sponge, cushion and mattress can provide better comfort, that is, a more ideal comfort factor, is the ideal material for high-end car seats, sofa seats and office seats.

2、PU slow rebound -- polyurethane slow rebound sponge, often referred to as MemoryFoam, the material has special viscoelastic properties, reflecting very soft material characteristics, and has a strong impact energy absorption capacity. This material molecule is very sensitive to temperature, so it is also called warm memory sponge.

3、 PU self-skin - soft self-skin products used in car steering wheel, armrest, head pillow, bicycle seat, motorcycle, easy chair armrest and head rest, doorknob, choke plate and bumper. Polyester type self-crusted PU products are mostly used in shoe industry to make all kinds of leather shoes, shoe covers, mining shoes, riding boots and so on.

4、 PU rigid foam -- mainly used in the preparation of rigid polyurethane foam, widely used in refrigerators, cold storage, spraying, solar energy, heat pipeline, construction and other fields.

5、 PU soft bubbles -- polyurethane soft bubbles can be divided into ordinary soft bubbles, super soft bubbles, high load soft bubbles, high rebound soft bubbles, etc., of which high rebound soft bubbles, high load soft bubbles are generally used to manufacture cushions and mattresses. According to different production processes, polyurethane soft bubbles can be divided into blocky soft bubbles and molded soft bubbles. Blocky soft bubbles are foam products that produce large volume foam through continuous process and then cut into the desired shape, while molded soft bubbles are foam products that are directly mixed with raw materials and injected into the mold to foam into the desired shape through the gap process.
